Meatloaf!! Been craving this for a few days, couldn't pick a cooler day to turn on the oven

Steamed crab legs from Bradfords.

We got two pounds of the Texas Gulf Shrimp, steamed. They were delicious, made some pasta salad and corn on the cob to go with them.

Didn't get a pic, this was delicious! Used fresh veggies instead of frozen, diced onion, carrotts, and zucchini. No Ranch seasoning, just salt, pepper, and a dash of hot pepper flake. Stirred in a couple tabls of parmesan cheese. And used linguine noodle, cause that's what I had.

Was a hit all around!

Flew into Reagan yesterday morning to see my mom in Ginger Cove. We had dinner at Mike's on the back deck, cream of crab soup and a platter of crabs. They do a good job.
