Wife made BLTs for lunch, so had a lot of bacon drippings. Shame to waste them, and ta da! Yorkshire pudding as dinner side dish!

Just sneakin' around....
Homemade baguettes with shaved steak and swiss cheese with a drizzle of A1.

Yes, I made homemade baguettes, and I made several for leftovers. 🤤
I'm a pretty good cook, but never was able to master dough and bread. Which is probably a good thing, because I love a fresh made bread slathered with butter.

Wednesday nights is Dominoes and WII with my grandsons. They prefer Dominoes to homemade, go figure......

Golf I still can't do, but I'm getting pretty good at wakeboarding.

Get a bread maker. Use the dough setting, no baking, then when the machine has done the hard work you can shape the dough into loaves or whatever, bake it normally (not in the machine), and TA DA! Fresh bread! Perfect every time.

Little late, but this past Sunday I did a spatchcock chicken on the smoker after soaking it in a mild "brine" overnight. It. Was. Freaking Amazing! 10/10 would do again. I would just put the bird on earlier to allow for a longer cook time instead of eating too late on a Sunday.
