I am talking about my kids. I do not want them to have guns or knives. I did not say that nobody should have one. However, I do not agree with kids having them. Nobody has to agree with me.
any of you who think its ok to give your kids a pocket knife need a DNA test to figure out who your babe daddy is?

Didn't think so :coffee:

I will not buy my kids knives or guns. The end.

P.S. I am not the only one in the world who has the same views. Thank God, my fiance agrees with me. He too, came from a family without guns or knives in the house.
Steak night must have been a real chore in his house...

Those are the most dangerous kind of knife to have. They are engineered to though tough meet. A steak knife would make quick work of a person.

Christ, I have a pocket knife or a tool man in every car, the garage, my tool box.. When I travel I make sure to bring one with me, and when I go on a trip of any kind of distance on the bike I have one.

I can't imagine not having one, and life would truly suck if I needed one and didn't have one. Good thing my mommy didn't protect me and make me scared of them.

I also find it hard to believe that your Man works on oil rigs and doesn't carry a pocket knife or a tool man on him..

He does have a tool thingy with a knife on it. It stays in his portable locker that he carries in the truck.

I think you are so missing the point you Dee Dee Dee!!!

We could care less if your child has a knife or not or a gun for that matter.
We are trying to get through to whatever brain you have that even in your house there are weapons.. Anything can be turn into a weapon. We are trying to explain to you that a pocketknife is a tool we use in our lives.. Just like a steak knife is a tool we use for cutting our food. You can shelter you kids all you want but your house is full of weapons..
