The "V" is my 8th bike and it's by far the best one
Yes the seat sucks, but Corbin and Sargent make replacements.
I added some risers to the handlebars that moved them back and up one inch, made a big difference.

Man, I dont know. The Triumph is gorgeous and all, buuuut, BMW has such a way with elegance, parts just fit form and function together so well. I could study any BMW bike for an hour, finding new bits to admire. But I'm a nut for design. Asa seen by my love for the SRT-4, and now the Strom, I do like gettin it done as it can be. But I do admire the make it work AND look gorgeous too philosophy.

You should see the other bikes they make. All of them are hand built and if I'm not mistaken this runs about $65,000.

Google, search term "V strom for sale craigslist" You end with a lot of out of area hits, but you never know. Try sv650 for sale craigslist, see what pops.
That bike has the same engine as mine, tuned more towards the hp range rather than torque, but not ridiculously so, by all accounts.
