These "illegal voters" are people who have moved or died. They arent voting.

So you would have to guess what name is still on the rolls and go try to vote in that name to even accomlish anything.

At that point the error would be caught and the vote would be invalidated.

Why are you guys always so angry about processes you barely understnad?
