hahaha there is only one in kids camps

edit:

the tagline for the camp is "It's beyond belief"

that is hilarious lol
Yeah, they said something about that on one of the news shows I was watching... confirmation to me (just me, I know many disagree) that the want of a god (higher authority) in order to have belief in something is always present. But, that is one of those 'controversial' matters

no its only controversial when theres an uproar because someone has a want of a God (higher authority) different than your own
that's my point... someone doesn't like my God or any god, so they say their is no god and we are all foolish for believing in god or God... but then by their actions and words they seek another god in their very language and beliefs. It is an inescapable reality.

atheists don't seek any god. thats kind of their point.

well then i will as soon as you prove that god exists......

besides, as far as i am aware, atheism doesnt have a school, or a church where these 'teachings' would take place, its a path unique to the individual

Whose god? The Navajo, or the Hindu? You see, for each religious person, it's a path unique to the individual, also. However, there is only one atheism, while there are numerous religions. Atheism is supposed to be founded on truth, science, fact. Thus, since there is no faith involved, it should be easy to prove.

You don't have to seek to believe in something... and that something has authority over the person, whether it is their own self or someone else that originated the thought. Who is the authority for an atheist to exist? man, god, self, nature, what?

there is (quite literally) nothing to prove. They just don't believe.
But, that implies a belief in a factual approach to life, the universe, and everything.

There's a number suddenly coming to mind, but......

Anyway, what I mean is, the conversation was going to a conscience. That the conscience provides a little moral voice for what to do. My question was to prove that a conscience exists.

what on earth are you talking about?

they don't seek because they don't believe.

oh prove a conscience exists huh?

no idea how to do that really. I'd guess it's learned behaviour personally, but who knows

perhaps a cricket with a small umbrella?

no it's because your arguement was jumbled and made no sense (not to be mean, but it's the truth).
you didn't read the question, or didn't have an answer (not to be mean) but I asked, who is the authority for an atheist to exist? self, god, science,...? You have a right to exist, but on what authority?

there is no right or authority, you just exist. that is all.

that makes no sense. here are some definitions inserted.

1: Who is the power to determine, adjudicate, or otherwise settle issues or disputes for an athiest to exist?

2: Who is the power or right delegated or given for an athiest to exist?

that question makes no sense.

go back to my question, it is simpler...
