WDF. So worth the wait.
What you find as :barf: the deer and table guys find as acceptable. And I bet they're aren't alone!! It's not legal for queers to marry but they're fighting it.

How long before the animal and table boinkers start their marches in San Francisco and on capital hill?? I heard the guy in Deliverance is on his way to Washington right now with the pig riding shotgun. :jet:

Open your mind Andrew!!! Be more accepting and tolerant. Everyone should be entitled to their ......their..... well whatever!! :killingme
Well, we should all be safe as long as the colored people aren't allowed to vote!

That's a very broad brush you're painting with, Andy.

Maybe most people you know have come to accept it. That doesn't mean society does. Guess what, Andy? There's a whole big world beyond Waldorf.
Perhaps it's because I came from Minneapolis, which has the third largest gay population in the nation according to census data, and so you couldn't go anywhere without running in to someone else that was gay.

But even since moving to good ol' St. Mary's County I've found gay people... or they found me because I wasn't looking for them. My friendship with gay people bothered my father (he's as homophobic as a bunch of you) and so I went out of my way to AVOID meeting "those kind" of people...

But I've found them... living right here in this county... men, women, transgendered... they're all here in this county, you probably just don't know they're there because you don't see them.

A 14 year old boy is going to antagonize, it's what they do. So if the gay boy was being made fun of for being gay, he probably took it to extremes to make (what he felt) was a point. A bullet in the brain should not be his reward.

Obama destroyed America
Murder is murder, but to imply that the child brought it on in any way simply because he felt the need to express his sexuality is just wrong.
Ok, what got him killed?? :coffee:

But most people, at least of my age, have come to accept it. The only ones who haven't are the religious types. They, however, also won't kill the person.
Are you calling me religious?? :killingme :killingme :killingme

The nonacceptance shown in some of the posts on this thread is quickly becoming a minority view.
You, Andy, Kris & Truby are the only ones I see defending it. A lil spin here?? Do you work for the MSM? :eyebrow:

Another broad brush. There are some gay actors and singers who are out, but you want to believe they are a majority because that's what MSNBC has sold you.

Get out and experience the world beyond cable news.

How many states passed referendums prohibiting same sex marriages in the 2004 election cycle?

Who votes on the Oscars?

Some one else said it already, if you watch the news or broadcast TV you would think that 50% of the population are gay 49% wish they were and 1% are evil people who are intollerant, it simply isn't true. It is an agenda that is being promoted be the activists.
I never said it was that the overwhelming majority is gay. And, I do realize the media has an agenda. I've said there are gay actors and singers ... and hell, there have been a few gay politicians who have voted AGAINST what they believe in simply because they think it means more votes.

I don't know who votes on the Oscars, and quite honestly, I don't think the people OR the government should have any say at all in marriage.

Marriage is defined by the Church, NOT BY THE GOVERNMENT!!! :banghead:

More than likely, those churches are against Gay Marriage - because it's already been written out in the bible. Our Government has NO PLACE interfeering in this. If they do, then they should uphold the Constitution (which prohibits them from interfeering in the first place, see seperation of Church and State) and say all people are equal.

Civil Unions, different story.

There's that intolerance again

Had he dressed within SOCIAL NORMS, this thread would be non-existent.

What about the people who are straight and killed by thugs in D.C?

Oh my heavens, the straight people. If they dressed and acted within D.C's social norms (being a ghetto punk gangster), they wouldn't have been shot. :jameo: :jameo: :jameo:

Everybody must act like a ghetto punk gangster, it's best for society. :jet:

Oh for the love of God! Whose social norms??????? The social norms of Southern Maryland? Or maybe the social norms of Northern California, which would be different from those in Southern California? I prefer the Texas norms myself, any man wearing pink should be shot on the spot. Maybe you should right a manual for us all to follow. Can you make me a list of people that should expect to get shot because they aren't following the "rules"?

Intolerance, no... I respect my father's right to be homophobic as much as I respect anyone's right to be homophobic...

And I was simply calling it like I've seen it...

How can you call someone you don't know 'homophobic' and claim to be tolerant at the same time?

:lmao: Pun intended? :lmao:

The social norms of the entire country.

Actually I could write a list of who and what types should be shot. :jet:
