it is really sad that you are such a hate filled and frightend little man. most people who have faith find peace from it, not hate, jesus wouldn't be out spreading hate.

Not frightened, tommy, only aware of the true intentions of the Islamic ideology. Your denial really shows that you do not really comprehend the teachings of the New Testament Jesus who did not spread hate but spread warnings about false prophets, false teachers and wolves in sheeps clothing who would kill you and think they are doing God a service.

It has been prophesied that such confrontation would take place in the end of days - and we are there. I am not afraid - my security and Salvation rest in my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and the power of the Holy Spirit that gives me peace.

you do know that extremeists don't only target christians right?

they blow up more muslims then they do christians.

because they're the crazy minority.

The "extremists" consider themselves "freedom fighters" for the cause of Islam as so commanded by the teachings in the Qur'an and words of Muhammad.

The division between the Shia and Sunni groups is a power struggle over which group has the legitimate authority of succession to lead the Islamic world. That argument goes back to the time of Muhammad's death and will continue on until the end of the world. Either way, the goal of both groups is still to establish Islam as the only religion on earth.

Hmmmm I don't see love for your neighbors, peace, tolerance or forgiveness in there.

I must be rusty on the old bible, cause I could have sworn that was in there too.

You make Jesus sound paranoid.

When you 2ndA and Italian post your anti-anything thats not Christian diatribes you become the radical elements of the Christian faith that you decry against in the Islam faith.

How are your postings any different than some Radical Islamic Cleric?

How do you explain Muslims in our armed forces that are fighting the Terrorists? Muslims in our society that work and live along side of you, and they do?

And once again that same argument can be said about ALL FAITHS, including the Christian one, that suffer from Radical Fanatics. The one thing you keep avoiding is the fact that EVERY justification to continue your bigotry against the Muslims can be used equally against Christians. All faiths, including yours suffer from a Radical (and Violent) element.

The difference is you downplay, mitigate or minimize the Radicals in your faith as a Minority faction. But then generalize the radicals of another faith as the norm for that belief. EVERY excuse you have for the reason that Islam is violent can be found in your own belief and the radical followers of your belief, EVERY ONE.

THe most you can hope for is that the Majority of believers (of all faiths) are willing to work together. And work together to combat the Radical Fringe elements. This is exactly what the Message to the Pope was, and until the Radicals of both beliefs work together there will never be resolve.

My postings only bring about the awareness of what the Fundamental Islamic religion/ideology expects of all Muslims.

If you were a true Muslim you would know that it is prohibited to befriend Jews and Christians as stated by Allah's revelations to the Islamic prophet, Muhammad.

Jesus abrogated the Judaic laws of capital punishment while Muhammad adopted them into Islam.

Read the Qur'an.

what are your credentials, other than bigotry, to make these pronouncements about anothers faith, especially considering the clregy of that religion is saying something completely different?

Read the Qur'an.

I sugest you reread it (but this time don't only focus on the bad).

I've said this before, but apparently I like to practice typing.

If you pick and choose from either book you can make any statement about either true.

Both good and bad.

Well, perhaps you have not completely read the New Testament teachings of Jesus and compared them to the Qur'an and Ahadith teachings of Muhammad.

I recommend and challenge that you do both and then get back with us with your opinions.

If you really wish to rag on me about our differing positions please feel free to read the comparative analysis at Research

And would you say that the Islamic terror groups are not following the Qur'an properly? Go tell them they have misinterpreted the Islamic Holy Book and you understand it better than they do.

Good luck!

that site is a embarrasing example of hate ptopaganda, and is probably used by radical muslims to justify their fears that all christians are out to destroy their religion

They aren't following it properly.

All the same, I'll not tell them because the terrorists are crazy.

Would you say the WBC is following the bible correctly?

they think they are.

there are crazies on both sides of the tracks. If you can't see that, it's because you are looking the other way on purpose.

Cm'on tommy, please read the New Testament teachings of Jesus and how He chided the "clergy" religious leaders who were misleading people. Read how Jesus warned His followers to beware of those who claimed to be prophets and teachers of God but who were wolves in sheeps clothing. Read the comments that Jesus made to the religious leaders when they disagreed with His teachings and sought to turn people against Him.

Would you call Jesus a "bigot" ?

I agree there are "crazies" on both sides; i.e. David Koresh, Jim Jones, and various cult leaders who claim to be "Christian. Yes, Christianity has its share of these characters as well and many are the televangelists who are fleecing their flock for self-gain.
Jesus warned of any and all "religious leader" such as these.

ok, first of all, we have no idea what jesus said. we know what people have attributed to him third hand, but that is all.

But no, i wouldn't call jesus a bigot, but i do call people who mis-use religion (in this case the beutiful teachings of an accepting christ) as a justification of their prejudices bigots.

ok so now is it so hard to make the obvious, that there are good people on both sides?

Believe me, if all muslims were as horrible as you make them out to be, we'd be in for literally a world of hurt.

I have - and in the course of debate neither of the groups have threatened to behead me because of the disagreements nor have they attempted to take me out through a suicide bombing and believe they were doing it for "God".

I have said it before and I will say it again - thank God, literally, that most Muslims do not follow and believe the fundamental teachings of the Qur'an and Ahadith - sayings of Muhammad.

Meanwhile, there will come a time when "moderate Muslims" will be given a choice to decide whether to live by Islamic laws and the Qur'an or choose to reject the obligatory Jihad against non-Muslims.

Many Muslims have converted to Christianity and have been threatened and some killed even by their own family members because they left Islam.
