We did trail runs, thank goodness. They knew better than to have us run on the beach because we would all be complaining about the sand in our shoes and then other comments would have been said that were not so PC :lol:

That's the only way to do it. I HATE getting sand in my shoes and socks, ugh. I've always walked/ran on the sand barefoot. I really love going barefoot, at minimum, flipflops.

I switched doctor offices and found it was for the better. There is little wait time and no rush with the doctor.

Best thing to do is get a full physical including bloodwork done. See where your blood pressure, cholestrol, thyroid, ect. all of those are. If your doctor is concerned about any of those levels and high blood pressure, high cholestrol, diabetes run in your family, then these may be a factor...

I have shopped at Aldi's for my canned foods to stock up and it does save a bit on the main staples as well as cereals and a few other items. No one was sick after three days of eating the food as mattviv encountered with his trip there.
